It simply cannot be stressed enough how important it is to have your boiler serviced every year. While there are some boilers that require it more frequently than others, it’s no coincidence that the boilers we service on a regular basis tend to be the more reliable ones. Regular servicing is the perfect preventative measure to ensure that your boiler remains at optimum functionality.

With modern boilers becoming more complex, this also makes them more susceptible to faults. Many of these faults can be prevented through regular servicing or at least highlighted earlier on before becoming worse and ultimately more costly. Detecting minor problems before they become major, will not only significantly reduce the cost of repairs, it also means that you are less likely to be left with a faulty boiler for a period of time. Instead, we can provide remedies to potential problems before you even notice them, so you do not need to deal with the inconvenience of a broken boiler.
It is also important to note that a lot of boilers come with a warranty valid for a number of years after the installation takes place. However, this warranty is usually conditional, one of the conditions being that the boiler needs to be serviced regularly. This will validate your warranty and therefore provide you with the peace of mind that your boiler is covered.

What we do on a service (Boiler type dependant)
- Visually check condition of boiler and flue
- Remove and clean burner if required
- Remove and clean condensate traps
- Recharge expansion vessels
- Replace burner seals when required
- Flue gas analysis and make adjustments when required
- Clean out magnetic filter where possible
- Carry out safety checks and test controls
